Liposculpture is a technique that responds to the needs of both the masculine and feminine gender, but, for each one, it has different ways of acting. In a trans woman the liposculpture allows to shape her body and give it the corresponding curves of its gender.
The fat distribution in men and women is clearly different, which causes a distinctive body contour. Fat distribution in men is more conical in the thorax and straighter in the hip, while women have a double oval contour in the chest, narrow in the waist and oval again in the hip.
When these contours do not acquire the feminine form in the transsexual woman after hormonalization, then it is possible to resort to liposculpture assisted by vibramatic with lipotransference that will allow us, working safely and using special devices, to transfer the fat from the male deposits in the abdomen towards the female hip deposits. This will allow us to adopt a long-term female body shape while avoiding prosthetic materials.

In classical liposculpture, it is the surgeon's hand that intuitively creates spaces that do not exist, this causes greater trauma to the tissues, greater bleeding and a slower postoperative period.
The vibramatic liposculpture is a technique assisted by a special apparatus that, by means of a vibration, searches for spaces where there is body fat.
This machine allows the surgeon to work more safely avoiding inappropriate entries into the abdominal and thoracic cavities. It also achieves a greater regularization of the body contour and therefore a faster recovery.
Another advantage over the use of this equipment is that it allows the collection of the extracted fat in a sterile canister, which will allow us to re-inject it in the areas where it is necessary.
If, like vibramatic liposculpture, it is safer and achieves greater regularization of the body contour, the reinjection of fat using the vibramatic technique is safer too and achieves greater regularization as the machine is the one that is looking for spaces and by allowing a distribution more homogeneous of the fat.
With the vibramatic technique, more than 80% of the fat obtained is kept to be re-injected since it is a non-traumatic technique that does not generate a breakdown of the fat cells (adipocytes). In this way we achieve a great maintenance of the fat to be injected avoiding long-term irregularities on the skin surface.
Liposculpture is a general concept of liposuction. In other words, liposuction is the technique of sucking fat from very specific areas. Liposculpture consists of giving a general shape to the whole body or to the areas most affected by lipodystrophy or by the poor distribution of fat. It uses the same technique as liposuction but in a general way in accordance with the whole body.
